Maca motivation and two projects a day - is it even possible? (spent much of the evening reading about running metronome APPs - bought iMuscle for iPad when I meant to get it for iPhone)Workouts in! How were the clothes? 3.51km in 23.35, then off to the gym for 105 pull ups (35 with body weight, 35 with 5 kg, 30 with 10 kg), 210 push ups, 315 squats. Then out for another 4.55km run in 29.42.-Still felt sluggish, might be the cold, but possible also eating so early.-Students were requesting time off

GOLD keeps going! How far can it go? Bubble mania or just par for the course?
