I'm pretty sure most of you, my audience, you're smart, intelligent, incredible people."

But I really went back to old school. So bigger breakfast, medium sized lunch and a smaller dinner and a few small snacks throughout the day. And the snacks again, I eat now fruits and vegetables. I do have a little bit of peanut butter, but it's organic, it's really healthy."

We need to go over that, make sure all the accommodations, all the equipment, everything is up and ready to go from day one."

If you all know about it, great. But this is new for me. Okay, so adding salt to boiling water makes it boil at a higher temperature and that reduces the cooking time. It doesn't make the boil water faster, but whatever you put in the boiled water will cook quicker. There you go. So peeling eggs."

She passed away from cancer. And it was just so, so heartbreaking. I listened to her podcast last year and her talking about getting ready for what was going to happen to her. Oh, God, that one nearly killed me. I was bawling during that episode of my podcast, if you listen to it."
