i believe a lot of my anxiety started so young from being an empath & not learning how to control it & being so overwhelmed by all the emotions constantly around me that i was absorbing. this episode goes into what an empath is, how i found out i was one, what i do to live with & make it positive by diving deep into healing my soul & traumas thru mediation, manifesting, & how that all plays apart in keeping my vibration high to be the best version of myself & use my gifts & see them as a blessing
