Matter of fact, I was in the grocery store and I was in line paying for my items, and there was a homeless lady who was behind me, and she had like six cups of yogurt and a quart of milk. And I just asked her if I could pay for it for. And she said no, she had it that she. She was okay. So I, I said okay, kind of left it alone."

Your mental health is probably going to be better and then just staying hydrated on top of that."

I talk more to my dad than my brother talks to my dad. I made time because we need to make time. You know, we don't have our parents forever. With me losing one parent, I am very well aware that we only have them for so long. So it's good to have the communication, spend time with your. Your parents."

So that's really lovely. And I think they, they are undergoing this whole empty nest syndrome which I hope with me being far away and my brother being far away too my constant contact with them is helping them in some way."

But then they, you need a normal kind of sleep, some type of a pattern that's supposed to be healthy for your body because your body has like a routine. I actually had a premonition of him in my sleep and of him having a heart attack. And it was real. He actually had a heart attack and died within that same night of me having that premonition."
