Survival Fitness Lesson

This year, I'm adding "survival" elements into my annual unit on situational awareness and self-defense. As I teach, these can be all quite closely related; Hurricane Helene is a prime example. Emergency supplies and preparations are part of my lesson. As time goes on, it has become more obvious to me that so many people live their precious lives according to, and governed by, their "Social Media" credit scores. While posting nearly everything they do, what else could be done with their time that is more productive? Also, one of the reasons people have so many mental stability problems is that they do not spend enough time alone--or any. Constant noise and busyness with social media are enough to make anyone crazy.
