The core messages: - limit fluids - use vasopressors earlier / synergistically with IV fluids - Use Noradrenaline - use it peripherally (ie. through a good, watched, flowing IVC - idealaly proxiaml to the elbow. - think about the use of CVCs and potential harms / benefits in small hospitals.
