Parole for apartheid hitman Ferdi Barnard

Justice and Correctional Services Minister Michael Masutha has approved the parole application of apartheid-era death squad member Ferdinand Barnard. The ANC has lost some support nationally ahead of the elections according to a latest poll from the Institute of Race Relations (IRR).
