In the inaugural episode of 21st Century Vitalism, we sit down with fitness guru Mike Chang to talk about his daily flow practice and the flow tribe wellness group. The daily flow practice is a combination of exercises, stretches, energy work, and breathwork which harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit. We explore the philosophy underpinning it and the radical transformations in consciousness that accompany each of the movements. We talk about processing difficult emotions through qi gong, yoga, and
