God instituted three institutions: the government, the home and the church! He NEVER gave the children to the government inspire of the fact they believe our children are theirs. The home is to raise the children and the church is suppose to be there to teach them how---there in is the problem. Most churches won't touch the subject and most parents leave the job to the school, TV or something else.
