Dave Southwood is a British test pilot with 11,000 hours' experience, of which +7,500 hours are on fast jets.This is the second of a three-part 10 Percent True interview in which Dave discusses his time as a test pilot at the RAF's Empire Test Pilot's School - a role he fulfils to this day. Dave was featured extensively in the BBC's excellent series, Test Pilot, from the mid-1980s. Today, he refers to his onscreen presence as "my dark-haired, mustachioed younger
