STOP THE BLEED

On November 14, 2019, my daughter's high school experienced a mass shooting. Children died. Don't think that "it cannot happen to you." Because of my family experience and the current culture crisis, I just went through training with "Stop the Bleed" to get certified and become an instructor. What my children needed was care and love and nurturing--not biomechanics or "PE" activities although I was able to use some movement to help calm them down after our opening discussion.
