how to take photographs of artwork for future prints? start with natural light. filtered is easiest and cloudy days make it a dream. sunny days are great too, just put your work near a window with indirect light. windows on the north side of your home will be easiest.you'll want high-resolution photos and can use a digital camera or even your phone (as long as you're not printing foot-sized images lol).i prefer to stand over my paintings to get the photo just right, although you can set up a tripod
