I decided to put in an offer anyway, because it's a lot of house for the right price and it seems like the sensible move to make.

So when we say, "I am ..." we are invoking God/the divine. He was encouraging us to recognize the divine in us and others every time we use the words "I am".

I talk about how the kids and I went to view a house we're interested in and how we lfell in love with it. It seems like a darn-near perfect fit for us, but it is $25K too expensive. That may not seem like too much in the grand scheme of things, but since the house is barely affordable for us if we got it for $200K, there's no way I can spring for that extra $25K and go up to the $225K they want for it. I talk about how our Thanksgiving ended up being really nice and relaxing. The kids enjoyed getting to know their older cousins Henry and Linda and had fun with Andrea and Kelly. Dinner was great. The AirBnB was a great thing to get. The kids kept saying how much they liked it and we really had a good time together. The walk in the light display on Friday night was the perfect special thing to do and really made the trip memorable and magical.

I talk about how I finally took the time, remembered, felt good enough to meditate this past weekend and what a relief it was to get back in touch with my Higher Self. The two meditations were powerful and so helpful. I need to make an effort to meditate more often. I think a few minutes of reflection or intent to connecting with my Higher Self may be all that is needed, even though I feel like I should block out 30-45 minutes per session. Something really is better than nothing.
