Kat shares how technical errors and perceived flaws and mistakes in the first two episodes are helping to remind her of a very important lesson: that perfection is a myth—and a trauma response. She will discuss how her beliefs around perfectionism were formed in childhood, and the harmful impact it had on her adult life and mental health. Kat will talk about how releasing the need to be perfect has allowed her to be real.
