An 'ick' is something someone does that is an instant turn-off for you, making you instantly hate the idea of being with them romantically. E.g: Friend: Omg did you see (insert name of crush) picking his nose?? That is such an ick. These are our opinion on 'icks' and our experiences with them.

In this podcast we interview Irish 100 metre Hurdler Sarah Lavin. Sarah is a European junior silver medallist and in 2020 had one of her best years on the track. Sarah ran under 13:2 seconds consistently before breaking the magic mark of under 13 seconds in Madrid with a run of 12.95. This saw Sarah join Derval O’Rourke as the only Irish women to break 13 seconds in history. In the summer of 2020 she achieved her dreams by representing Ireland at the 2020 Olympic Summer Games.
