The Journey to St. Andrews

The past few months of my life got pretty crazy and busy so I didn't have time to stick to the normal structure of an episode every week or two. Hey y'all. In this episode, I'll be talking about my brewery, Fire Maker out of Atlanta, and our partnership with the Georgia PGA with our beer Calamity Jane, and how that came to be. I also got to go to the Tour Championship at East Lake and will be talking about that.

This week we’ll be chatting about the Gene Siller Memorial Red Pants Golf Tournament at I played in at Pinetree Country Club in Kennesaw, GA. And also my lesson with Jason where we worked on chipping and hitting it consistently in the sweet spot on the club face.

In this episode, I'm recapping some of the fundamentals I've been learning from taking a few lessons. I will also be talking about and reviewing two different courses I got to play. One was a pro-am tournament at Ford's Field and River Club, and the other course was Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club in Florida. Both were amazing courses but one definitely humbled me after 18 holes on the hottest day of the year.

In this episode, I'll discuss how I began my Journey of getting better at golf recently. A lot of the early stage was helped by learning and implementing course management into my game. I'll also touch a bit on how my practicing is going on the range and the Pro/Am Tournament I'm playing in this week.
