We are at one of the best times of collegiate sports. That is postseason college softball and baseball. If you are a fan or are growing into becoming a fan, this episode is for you as I explain the dynamics of the postseason for baseball and softball, the locations, and each round. Baseball and softball are such huge parts of my life, and I could not go another episode without discussing such its significance with none other than...MY DAD!!! Tune in as we discuss my old playing days, how my dad grew to love baseball while also inspiring my siblings and me, and his favorite and most honest things about the sport that we bond over. You definitely do not want to miss this episode.

Today's episode focuses on a recent trend in Major League Baseball where we see younger players securing contracts with teams. Younger players are getting PAID by their professional organizations. However, do these contracts benefit both players and teams? I address both sides while also looking at the future of the contracts on this episode of 10th Inning Talk.
