With day 3 out of the way, Australia has claimed another couple of medals. Currently we're sitting 4th over all with 5 golds, 4 silvers and 0 bronze medals, Japan leads with 6,2 and 4, then France with 5, 8 and 3, then china with 5, 5 and 2. Our Aussie athletes have started off strong over the first few days of competitions, collectively taking homes 4 golds and 2 silvers. Grace Brown won gold in the women's cycling individual time trial,Jessica Fox won gold in the women's canoe slalom,Ariarne Titmus won gold in the women's 400m freestyle,another Gold was won by the Aussie women's 4 x 100m freestyle relay beating the previous OR by almost a second!Elijah Winnington took second place in the men's 400m freestyle,and the men's 4 x 100m
