This weeks episode focuses on how much time a grass roots volunteer gives up, for free, and the effect that can have on others, especially the wifes/girlfriends and other children. I also look at it from a parents point of view and just how much of a commitment signing your child up to a grassroots football team is, and the strain it has on time and finaces. With thoughts turning to the end of the season, what happens from both sides of the white line? I look at unhappy parents looking to move thier children on, to coaches planning the off season. Being a new coach can be hard!
