I set up a "morning invitation" for my 16 month grandson - a scene with a Pig and a doll looking at books. It drew him in like a bee to honey. Weellll, I am still a darned good children's librarian ... :)After breakfast he crawled over, of his own accord, and proceeded to choose one of the books - he knew 2 of them very well.
