The first week of June was national volunteers week and local family support organisation Home Start Butser, ran a lunch on Thursday 4 June as a thank you Their 86 volunteers supported 333 families in the area and 459 children, in the last year . The Escapist Bar on Chapel Street celebrated their first year in Petersfield on 22 May and it has been a success. Owners Tom and Steve have another bar in Chichester as well as their own brewery.
