Tell Me Another One - Storytelling 2008

This story is about a prince who needed to find a princess. He found one hitchhiking along the highway. He picked her up and let her sleep for the night. He laid down 20 mattresses and 20 feather beds and put a pea under the bottom of all those mattresses and feather beds. If she felt it, they would get married. Newfoundland has a great tradition of Jack stories, and storyteller Dale Jarvis has been telling a lot of Jack tales to the storytelling students in grades 4-6 at Holy Cross Elementary.
