The Royals' second game of the year had an extra inning--and it could have had more if not for Bobby Witt Jr. saving the day AGAIN, this time with his glove.  The Royals' defense was nigh invincible today, and that went hand-in-hand with the strike-efficient pitching from the staff, most notably from Brad Keller who is in desperate need of a comeback.  Everything that happened in the game (hopefully) is covered in today's episode of the Royal de Lux Podcast. The 2022 season kicks off with a lot of sentimentality, and a lot of reasons to be excited as the Royals win their first game thanks to the man with the most expectations to be saddled with.  Bobby Witt Jr. has truly brought salvation to us all, and Zack Greinke seems to make peace with Kansas City once and for all.  Also, Hunter Dozier does several things wrong because of course he does. Episode 1: The Phantom Pain.  Metal.  That's the intro song.  It's metal.  Hard metal.  Yeah.  Okay, where was I going with this.  Uhh, hi I am a person on the internet who is doing a podcast now.  I hope it doesn't upset you too much.
