Terry Flow was born Cliffton Aßmann in the wild south of Würzburg, Germany in the 70"s. When he first heard "the breaks" by the American rapper Kurtis Blow in 1981 at the age of 11 and was immediately fascinated by this new genre of music, was one of the first German young people who, at the beginning of the 1980s, with their love for this new rap music, founded the starting point for the following generations, not only for a completely new music culture to hear but also to live.
