This is the February 23rd show, starring Martin Heaton playing live in the studio - Part 3.

Joining Bill in the studio this week was York duo Pen and Stu. Due to throat infections, they could only stay for the first hour, playing two songs live from their new album - Ravenswood. However, they left a copy of the album, and for the second and third hours of the show tracks were played from this. They are working on new material, and have promised to return when this is ready later in the year. The Fox's Den Show is broadcast live every Friday Night between 9pm & midnight and can be heard
