ppcocaine vs Trippie Redd

Shitty Song of the Week ·

2021/02/19

This week the guys decide to listen to some newer rap music and holy shit was that a bad decision. Things get uncomfortable for Red as he thinks Branden crosses a line bringing a song about a certain kink performed by a woman trying to sound like a child. Meanwhile, Reds song features the worst vocals and the lamest attempt at covering up said vocals with a shit ton of effects. Honestly I don't think a single word is actually said in it. But does it have what it takes to take home the title this

What's more irritating, a song with next to no musical talent and horrible lyrics that try to be too artsy? Or a song with way too much instrumentation, painfully whiney vocals and minutes of audio that doesn't need to be there? This week Crippled Jesus joins the show to dive into two of the worst classic rock hit songs to exist to see who is worse between: Styx: Come Sail Away vs Journey: Don't Stop Believing Be sure to follow us on twitter over at https://twitter.com/ShittySongPod and vote on

This week we're joined by Pepper from the Rushmore podcast to discuss what happens when metal bands sell out and create "soft metal". Snare drums are thrown at you and whiny vocals will crawl through your ears as you try to determine what is worse, a depressing acoustic ballad, or what happens when your therapist becomes the front man for your band. Shitty Movie Theme Songs

Shitty Song of the Week ·

2021/01/15

This week Branden is joined by Doug from Good Times Great Movies podcast to discuss a category of music that hasn't been talked about on the show yet, songs written for movies. We span decades of movies to see what is actually worse, a duet between a castrato and a human didgeridoo, or a somewhat religious rock song written for a superhero possibly. You get to decide between: Chad Kroger feat. Josey Scott: Hero (Theme for Spiderman 2002) vs Sybil and Guy: Keoma (Theme for Keoma 1976) Be sure to

This week Red comes back on the show to dive into some of the worst rock cover songs that 2020 has to offer. Branden discovers that one of the shows former contestants found a way to turn the song that competed even worse. Even Les Claypool gets thrown into the mix to help find out what is more upsetting; a note for note cover featuring someone talented that barely shows up, or what happens when you take an already slow song, make it even slower and sound like its being sung from a coffin. Rich The Kid vs Drake

Shitty Song of the Week ·

This week is our last entry for Shitty Song of the Year as Branden and Red dive into the worst rap songs of 2020. Well, Branden finds one of the worst rap songs and Red gets lucky phoning it in with a song he never even heard. But still its worth going up to compete so we'll let that slide. And speaking of letting things slide (continuously if you're Drake) which one of these shit heaps deserves to move on to the main competition next week between: Rich the Kid feat NBA Young Boy: Nobody Safe vs

This week we take a look at annoying pop earworms to see what is more irritating, a K-Pop hit that was made popular thanks to the YouTube generation for a stupid video, or an early 2000's Italian synth-pop hit that honestly a child could write, and I'm pretty sure did. A certain brand of rap with a very short life span, these are some of the more annoying songs we've gone through.
