I"m guessing that if you"re here, it"s already changed yours. I started this podcast to learn about pizza and starting a pizzeria. I’m not ready to open a brick and mortar just yet, but I’m still obsessed with learning from pizza operators. Because one day, I just might. I"m just busy doing other things first.
