Henrico Police have identified the woman killed in a crash in the West End Aug. 19 as 22-year-old Retika Haider of Henrico. The crash also sent a boy of elementary school age to the hospital with critical injuries. The crash was reported shortly after 5 p.m. Monday in the 4000 block of Wistar Road.
