A sheep producer may sell a carcass for $300, but Danielle Dockery of Driftless Tannery says the hide can nearly double that price because it sells for $350. Cranberry Harvest Is Underway

These cranberries are sold as fresh berries, so the harvest looks different than what you’ve seen before. For example, these bogs are not fully flooded.
