Police were called to Rouse Road just before 2:45 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. The suspect, Ivan Mitchell, fled the scene in a white Jeep Cherokee bearing a Louisiana tag. Around 200 people were at the restaurant for a Cinco de Mayo party. Williams allegedly opened fire, killing 19-year-old Chase Harmon and wounding six others.
