Playing the role of Bueno this week, we've got the marvelous Mark Cline of Love Tractor returning to the show. Only Three Lads - Classic Alternative Music Podcast ·

2021/05/11

Our oddest episode yet (question mark???)...you be the judge. For starters, we discuss the Oddball Albums of the classic alternative era - the eccentric, the weird, the daring left turns, the unloved, the underappreciated, the groundbreaking, the soul patches. Oh, the soul patches. It's also odd because Bueno isn't back yet...and you know how we miss our Bueno! How appropriate, though, that our guest Lad this week is Jason Wright, host of the oddball show podcast, President/Founder of the

Ah, 1974. Bueno was a young, wild teenager with a Greg Brady perm harboring a crush for Helen Hunt. Uncle Gregg was a wee toddler digging the Electric Company and special brownies. Baby Brett Weird was just entering the world, no doubt with a stack of obscure Mongolian records in his crib. Yup, that's how we remember 1974. The Lads recount their favorite albums from 1974 - the wild, the weird, and the groundbreaking. It's a crazy, globetrotting musical journey. Plus, Uncle Gregg's "baby
