Dr Moeller graduated from San Jose State University with Great Distinction and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Biological Science. He then attended Dental School at the University of California San Francisco and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Immediately following graduation he joined the. US Army Dental Corps where he later completed a Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. During his Residency he was involved in Bone Healing
