I open my eyes and perceive the blue sky with a foggy mind. With my palm I feel the lush green below me. As I turn my head, with my vision still slightly blurry, I catch sight of wriggling figures. They move rhythmically back and forth. Comforting warmth flows through my body as a brilliant white cloud makes way for the sun. Slowly I sit up and my synapses are further flooded with impressions. Blurry black and gray becomes peacock feather colorful. Laughter and wild dancing define the scenery, which

Slowly, he pushes his straw hat off his face and squints at the laughing sun. Sitting by the tree, he ponders the simple things. The short nap has revived his senses. He hears the rippling of the nearby river crystal clear and follows the sparse clouds closely. Behind each of the white giants he discovers another fantasy. There a cat is petted by a pirate and there a squirrel captures an ice cream for dessert. He loses himself in the peaceful parallel worlds and lets himself fall once again. More

"You don't know how strong the dark side can be." This saying from a well-known science fiction epic is probably familiar to many of us. Even in reality, this statement retains its truthfulness. The dark side creates curiosity. The unknown what hides and opens only to the initiated. It is interesting because it is not good. And already we want it even more. In science, this is called the "Forbidden Fruit" effect. It goes back to the story of Adam and Eve, who could not resist the temptation of the

New insights flood my mind. Everything feels so true, so right. I feel detached from any fear and am ready to engage in a new world. Elated, I glide through the room, full of curiosity about what will happen next. The soothing music continues to play in the background, giving me a feeling of security in this strange environment. The new visitors to the room join in the chorus of soft voices: "Everything is completely relaxed, there's no reason for you to worry. We are your new friends and we want to

Sometimes we are so close to the surface of consciousness that we are aware that we are dreaming. We open our eyes and perceive the blue sky with an alert mind. With our palms we feel the lush green beneath us. When we turn our head we see a wide lush plain. Behind us are hills whose vegetation ranges from scarlet to azure, from bright green to flaming yellow to deep pink. Our eyes are enraptured by the play of colors. We feel the desire to stand up. But we are too weak and too dazed. Helplessly, we

In addition, fresh air should help against stress. The 12 weeks plan for the Bikini figure still fast from the drawer conjured and eh the fireworks is to end, one is on the

Close your eyes and surrender to the flow that allows your spirit to rise out of your body. Above your head, an energy ball forms with a compressed version of yourself, drifting upward with the deep, emotional & melodic sounds. With an invisible band, connected to your soul essence, you fly into the strange worlds of the astral plane. Raw and relentless, the waves hammer against the cliffs. Without any semblance of fatigue, they roll towards the coast and wash the rock clean. They are the harbingers of the approaching drama that will soon befall the region. But there is still time, and while everyone else takes precautions, I stare out to sea as if paralyzed. For hours I watch the chaotic goings-on. As always, I have the feeling that the eternal master wants to teach me a lesson. Determined this time to decipher the secret of

A scholar once answered the question "How many stars there would be?" with "There are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on the earth." Now one can claim that the man just made it simple or one can acknowledge his genius. For this sentence gives us a better idea of the infinity of the universe than the estimated number of 70 quadrillion (a 7 with 22 zeros) stars. So there is a lot to discover and the sentence "You always see each other twice in life" would be sheer mockery in the

Temptation lurked behind the trees. As I walked across a clearing, I heard them singing. Between the leaves, the sounds poured out. From the branches it had to come. I called, I screamed, I lost my voice. All I wanted was to get back to the cave. Evening was already here, darkness was coming. Quickly the tropical sun would leave the day behind. I had to go back, the climb was a mortal danger in the darkness. But the melody forced me to follow it. The melody was so beautiful. Again I screamed. Who

Without making a sound, I move through the sleeping city as nimbly as a big cat in the jungle. The silence is abruptly interrupted by a dull hammering from a dark factory building. Like the song of sirens, the rhythmic drumming draws me into its spell. As I step into the large hall and the boom from the speaker hits me, I have found the nocturnal life of the concrete desert. Here I become one with the voice of the city and retreat for hours - maybe even days – from the urban jungle! In such places

deep story nr. 181 | colors of autumn | by Massimo Logli

Deep Stories ·

2022/09/04

The season has come when the leaves of the trees turn red-orange and eventually fall off. However, the leaves do not look so beautiful colorful every autumn, because this depends on the weather, which influences the great colors of the leaves. Brilliant autumn colored leaves are created by warm, sunny days and cool nights. Rain and cloudy days, on the other hand, reduce the light intensity and thus the color. Autumn, however, is not only colorful, but also heralds the dark and cold time of the year

My feet strayed from left to right and I moved slowly and relaxed to the ‘Schneckno’ music. The low BPM just felt right for my body at that moment. After the hectic and tightly organized weeks at ComRa, this spontaneous slowness was the pinnacle of deceleration. I enjoyed this state of mind and let myself drift across the grounds of the Open Air. With my eyes closed, I wandered through the groups of people, bobbing from one leg to the other again and again. This playful dance painted a grin on my

Elated by the renaissance of music in my life, lightheartedness also returned. The next few days flew by and were characterized by a good mood. I spent a lot of time with old friends, laughing and enjoying the variations of electronic dance music. Since the weather had improved, we decided to visit an open-air party during the weekend once again. I quickly found a suitable event. A friendly collective wanted to accommodate the most necessary on a converted handcart and headed towards a small lake

Nature soothes my mind and soul. I can breathe deeply and let go. The all-suffocating darkness slowly recedes and warmth rises within me. Revitalised by this energy, I glide through the forest. Only slowly do the first thoughts come through to my mind again. This time, however, they spread confidence and even joy. The driver of this burgeoning hope is the four-four time that drums from my headphones. It is the rhythms and melodies that propel me forward again. My old friend, music, is back in my

Annoyed, I turn to the side and escape from the sunny side of the bed. An unknown heaviness spreads through me and robs me of all drive. The events of the last few days are taking their toll. I have not yet been able to reflect on all that I have experienced. My head has so far suppressed everything and kept my back free so that I can simply function

The rhythms of hundreds of drums enchant the senses, which do not seem prepared for this enormous flood of impressions. Different scents put the olfactory receptors on alert. They can no longer distinguish between known and unknown and surrender themselves completely to this state of unpredictability. There is so much to discover and learn here. The algorithm behind the hustle and bustle remains an enigma. Everything seems to be subject to its own laws. It cannot be grasped and arranged, it flows
