In this episode I am discussing the recruitment challenges in clinical trials and how we can improve patients recruitment in clinical research.

In this episode I will introduce myself and my team at Solutions OP Ltd. I am talking about myself (a little bit!) and my team, of our clients and what makes our services different, but also why I love working with small and start up companies; and what inspires me to work in the industry (hint - no, it's not money).

In this first episode I will discuss why there are less clinical trials in the UK. Recent reports have shown steep decrease in commercial clinical trials in the UK. I will talk about why clinical trials are important and some of the main issues at the moment: Brexit, COVID-19, Venture Capital, regulatory delays, hospital resource issues and NICE decisions on standard of care affecting clinical trials.
