Sounds a bit weird for a leadership podcast so imply you should put up with a bad work culture. The fact is, just because you find out your work culture is bad, it doesn't mean you can leave immediately. Or maybe you were in a good work culture and a new leader took over and bam.....now it's bad. Either way, the worst thing that can happen is that you change who you are for someone you don't like or respect.
