RTR asks voters for $20 million to expand new school

Russell Tyler Ruthton (RTR) Public Schools is asking voters in the school district to approve a million bond on Nov. 5 to expand the school district’s preschool to 12th grade facility in Tyler. The bridge over the dam at Split Rock Creek State Park has been closed due to a crack in one of the piers that supports it.
