GROVE HILL — Concern about frequent turnovers of E911 dispatchers was voiced in Tuesday’s Clarke County Commission work session. Commissioner Jackie Ray Rush said the department has the biggest turnover in the courthouse and Commission Chairman Rhondel Rhone agreed, saying the county has a “huge investment” in training dispatchers only to see them resign after a short time on the job. Fiber contractor blamed for culvert damage
