In this podcast episode, I discuss the March 17, 2014 Idaho Statesman article by Bill Roberts concerning the delay of the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC), and what happens to the test results when it is given as well as how the local school boards have been co-opted by the centralized education planners.
