Our picks span the show’s latter seasons and reveal the thoughtful, dramatic world-building and character development that made the series such a hit with fans. (An important caveat: we deliberately excluded Season 7’s Siege of Mandalore arc from this discussion because it is too good and deserves its own episode.)
