If producing a project is too easy, I worry that I haven't really explored the options sufficiently. If producing a project is too difficult, I know the difficulty will be a disincentive. Finding the sweet spot in the production of a project is a critically important aspect that encourages productivity while at the same time allowing a deeper level of engagement.
