With the upheaval in the Middle East I recommend being prepared for an emergency, having a place to go, having a car bag for safety and emergencies. Long story short: have access to clean water should the water go out, have some extra food in case you can't get to a grocery store, have a good first aid kit, have a place to go if things get crazy where you live and most of all thank you so much for listening.
