I flew to Madrid and I met a group of fellow travelers as we made our way from Madrid to Seville and back, stopping in Granada in Seville. So on that last day I was the first person to arrive in Spain and I was the first to. Was one of the first to leave."

Because finally, finally, I mean, not completely, but finally, people are realizing that there can be a marriage of the two. There can be alternative therapies, as they're called, to help someone out with issues and have the medical component as well and marry them. There's no reason why we can't. Also before that, I think maybe 2015, I joined Anchor FM, which eventually got bought up by Spotify. But Anchor is a podcasting platform and so you can just record a podcast list there using that app. So I did that for a little bit. I think I have maybe less than 10 episodes. Then I kind of focused on doing it on Facebook Live."
