As a note, the sentence where I claimed Washington said the worse form of tyranny would be one self imposed by the people oppressing one another, was falsely attributed to the quote at the end. However, the 9th Amendment was written specifically for that purpose, also, to prevent such a thing from happening, specifically in the case of encroachment on Freedom of Speech by Private Interests.
