The Noospheric Frame of Mind Presented by Marta Lenartowicz as part of Human Energy's N2 Conference 2023Watch on YouTubeThe psychologist Christopher Bollas claims that democracy is not merely a political arrangement: it is a theory of the mind. Transcendence and Modernity : beyond the misconception Presented by Raphael Liogier Presented as part of Human Energy's N2 Conference 2023One of my essential hypotheses is that modernity is not at all, as we think usually, the disenchantment of the world, the questioning of transcendence, but quite the contrary, it is the unprecedented promise of raw transcendence (transcendance unrefined by religious system). It is on this promise that human rights, democracy, and the sense of individual fre...

The Meaning of Noosphere in Teilhard's Cosmic VisionPresented by John HaughtAfter Einstein, scientists began to realize that the universe is not a mere backdrop or vague setting for life and human history but "the greatest story ever told." Teilhard de Chardin, the Jesuit geologist, was one of the first scientists in the twentieth century to have noticed that issues in science and religion need to focus henceforth mainly on the nature and meaning of cosmogenesis, the fact that the universe is...
