In this episode I reflect on my marriage of 19 years and the cycle of emotional abuse.  I want us to stop normalizing abuse and end the cycle of domestic violence in the home.  This is for the many people who suffer in silence.  It took me a long time to accept that I was a victim.  I had to get to a place where i acknowledge it, so that I can heal.  You are not alone.  You can heal!  I pray for both the victim and the abuser, because at some point the abuser was the victim.  Do not remain broken,
