421 - Best of Patreon with Erin and Mary Payne...

Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

2022/03/03

Mary Payne & Erin recap the finale of Darcey & Stacey (TLC). There was a lot of Georgi pretending to be "in love" with our girl Darce last week, but we are really looking forward to the reunion where Starcey wears Party City wigs and Georgi is a no show. We also talk about butt zapping and why we are too old for it. Take a listen to these 15(ish) minutes of a One Hour and 44 minute episode. Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

Erin is joined by Kimbaaaaaaaly from A Date With Dateline podcast to recap the burning hot trashcan fire that is Before The 90 Days. Kimberly & Erin cringe at Bible Ben's abject creepiness - and his terrible Instagram captions. We agree that Ximena is SAVAGE, but Mike needs to stand up for himself too. Gino buying Jasmine an engagement ring that costs roughly the same dollar amount as his Sugar Babies cost is just wrong on ALL levels. As is the sad metaphor of the relationship-toothbrush. Hamza

419 - Love During Lockup “The Boy Is Mine” with Erin...

Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

2022/02/28

Matt Marr from the Reality Gays podcast joins Erin to recap the season finale of Love During Lockup! We bond over our shared loathing of Gabby and Max, both of whom we hope to never see again. Matt thinks black-and-white-cookie Haley will keep getting conned by Dalton (who will definitely appear on a Dateline episode in 3-5 years). We wonder just how much sewage is floating in the water below Haley & Emily's gondola boat, and we ponder how much hand sanitizer Harry is drinking in the halfway house

On this week’s “Best Of Patreon” clip, MP and Erin talk about Darcey and Stacey and the fashion show. Do you like fashion shows at the Holiday Inn Express 3 blocks off the beach? Then this fashion show is for you! Do you think your models should get ready in the breakfast buffet area next to the waffle makers of said Holiday Inn Express? Then this fashion show is for you! Do you want to hear Erin sing "Doin’ It Big"? Then this podcast is for you! And if you want to hear MORE - head over

Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

2022/02/22

MP and Erin recap this week's BT90! Mahogs is REAL, Bunkies. Like, an actual human woman. Ben has the ordacity of Bethenny to criticize Mahogany's filtered photos, while Mahogs just tries to avoid looking directly into Ben's one good eye. Kimbaaaaaly's shameless begging for sex pays off. Usman is willing to traumatize himself for more videogames. Ximena leaves Mike to go up in da club until 9am, then makes us all barf by drinking a gigantic glass of milk, hungover. Hamza runs around on his roof

Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

MP and Erin sit down to discuss last week’s LDLU. OK, so Haley is the ONLY PERSON on this show to ever catch a clue and cut somebody off? Wow. You know who will never catch a clue, nay a brain cell, is Indie! We love Harry and Indie’s mothers and think Yolanda needs a spin off. Tai pulls a Matrix move on Boston at a place called "Fattey Beer” and MP and Erin talk about “Willie Bobo” like the 2 old white ladies they are. We won’t discuss Max and his DC/VA/MD fakery, we are just Mother Debbie DONE

On this week’s “Best Of Patreon” clip - Erin and Mary Payne talk to Kimberly and Katie of A Date with Dateline about Yellowjackets. This is our second time talking within our Quaddle (that’s a 4 way throuple) about Yellowjackets. Yes, we are all obsessed with this show! 414 - Bravo Breakdown w/ Erin & Ryan Bailey

Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

2022/02/16

Erin & Ryan Bailey from the "So Bad It's Good With Ryan Bailey" podcast go deep on RHONJ, then dabble in a bit of RHOSLC & RHOC drama. Ryan wonders when Teresa's new "king" Louie's Zen mask will fall off, and Erin just hopes the color underneath that mask is less purple than Louie's current face. They see both sides of the Marge/Jennifer fight, but gotta admit they're #TeamMargaret in the end. The strange fever dream of this season's Salt Lake City continues to baffle everyone - but no one's

MP and Erin chat about Santiba and her amazing friends! We love Indie’s mom, Yolanda, and need her to check on EVERY person who ever appears on this show. We also love Dalton’s mother who tells it like it is in a very calm, possibly sedated, voice. We aren’t sure if Gabby is ever going to pick up Chris at whatever prison he is currently in but we do know that his family hates her with a burning fire. And, we still can’t figure out why 2 grown women are fighting over a man named Hottie who is never

Every Thursday, Erin and Mary Payne will bring you some Patreon content from the week before. These “best of” clips will show you what is happening over on Patreon. This past week, Mary Payne and Kate (from Reality Life with Kate Casey podcast) talk about the amazing documentary / mockumentary SET! On Discovery Plus. Before MP and Kate talked about SET!, they chatted about what’s going on in the OC. Kate lives in the OC and is friendly with many of the cast members, so it’s always fun to hear her

Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

2022/02/08

Erin is back! MP and Erin talk about this week’s BT90, in which Jasmine reads Gino for filth. Gino is officially the dirtbag of the season and we are #TeamJasmine all the way. Jasmine wearing a thong swimsuit while reaming Gino out is just icing on the cake! Erin performs a live reading of Bible Ben's "Runaway Train" story, and she gives it a grade of D-. We say BUH-BYE! to Caleb and Alina. Good riddance to them. Tickle-Me-Memphis is more annoying than ever (someone - anyone - save Hamza!). But at

Erin is back! MP and Erin talk about this week’s Love During Lockup “Lost in Love”. (S3, ep65, no that’s not a typo) Erin thought Talsey’s name was Tall-Z and MP may never get over it. We chat about Indie (female Daonte) and her amazing mom Yolanda and her hot brother John. We still hate Max and hope Santiba is not being scammed, but yeah, Santiba is being scammed. We love Buzz and yeah, Haley is also likely being scammed. We thoroughly enjoyed Gabby’s chat with Chris’ brother Steven even though it

We talk about the return of NJ and Jennifer’s nose situation. We also talk about Noella on the OC and our love/hate for Heather Dubrow. And of course we had to talk about SLC and Lisa Barlow's hot mic moment. In the words of Lisa Barlow, “Lisa Barlow is amazing.” You can listen to Mandy’s podcast wherever you get your

Mary Payne chats with Keisha of the podcast The Libra Lounge with Keisha about this week’s Before The 90 Days episode “Calm Before the Storm” (s3, ep 8). One assumes this is referring to Gino and Jasmine because JUST when she says she trusts him and thinks he’s so amazing (Bruce Willis, no less!) - she finds out he sent nude photos of her to his ex. Now come on, Gino, why would you do that? The title could also refer to Kimberly and Usman because she’s calm and then she’s stormy? Either way,

Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

2022/02/01

Erin is out dealing with a family emergency so MP is chatting with Bunkie Amye about Friday’s Love During Lockup episode titled “Buy Buy Love”. Indie is literally MOVING to Ohio (with her toddler) in an under packed U-haul with her amazing mom, sister and brother. She doesn’t care if Harry kidnapped someone because he didn’t have any DV on his rap sheet. She’s Daonte II. Gabby tells her friend that Chris's ex sent her some voice memos where he claims he’s not with her so she’s wondering what exactly

Pink Shade: Reality TV with Mary Payne ·

2022/01/27

From her Payne in the Pod days (RIP) Mary Payne talks to Erin about the Amazon Prime (formerly on Netflix) documentary, Love Me. This documentary is about a bunch of sad sacks riding around Ukraine on a tour bus looking for love. This shitshow is the precursor to all 90 Day Fiance shows and if you look close enough, you can see "Wig" in the background on one of his 24 trips to the Ukraine (just kidding). Please follow us @pinkshadepod on Instagram! Erin is out of town dealing with a family issue, so MP is joined by Katie of A Date with Dateline to talk about Before the 90 Days. Wowza, we feel sorry for Mike but agree with Ximena on this whole “farting and burping” thing. As for Alina and Caleb, we are sorry to see Elijah go and think Caleb will never commit to her. We think Jasmine is batsh!t crazy and does not understand the term "double standard." Usman is never going to bang Kimbaaaly, and she

MP is joined by Kimberly of A Date with Dateline to talk about the latest episode of Love During Lockup (Catch and Release). We agree that Gabby is spoiled and wonder just how much Chris’ mom hates her. We think Tai should stick with Angel, a real live man. We like Santiba’s vibe but didn’t love her questionable boudoir photo shoot! We don’t care about Max and his fake story line but we REALLY need to know if Dale drove a locomotive or a child’s Choo Choo train. Also, we applaud Haley for REALLY

MP is joined by Katie of A Date with Dateline to talk about Before the 90 Days. Katie rescinds her assertion from earlier in the season that Caleb and Alina are going to make it. MP actually thinks Gino and CrazyPants might make it. I mean, they will make it - or she will murder him. We also have high hopes for Mike - maybe not Mike and Ximena. Mahogany is not real and Ben is having an epic mid life crisis and we are here for it! We wonder if Memphis and Hamza will actually get married and know for
