🎧 Podcast概要今回のポッドキャストでは、AIドラマ**『サヨナラ港区』の制作チーム、 AIクリエイターの宮城明弘さんと、プロデューサーの汐口武史さん（YTVメディアデザイン）**をゲストに迎え、 AI映像制作の舞台裏と、地上波初のAIドラマが生まれた経緯を深掘りしました。 宮城さんと汐口さんの出会いは今年1月ごろ。 共通の知人の紹介で「すごいAI映像を作る人がいる」と紹介され、 初対面から数か月で企画が動き出しました。 話が本格化したのは3〜4月ごろ。 2人だけで進める少数精鋭の体制を決定し、わずか半年で地上波放送へ。 汐口さんは「意思決定が早いのが成功の理由」と語りました。 企画はもともと**配信ドラマ（DMMショート）**として始動。 そこに地上波放送（読売テレビ系列）が加わる形で展開。 放送にあたっては、法務チェックや文化庁ガイドラインの確認を徹底。 AI映像の著作権・倫理面でのリスクを整理したうえで社内承認を得たとのこと。

10月30日放送の「鷹の爪団の人工知能ちょっと来い！」では、AIドラマ『サヨナラ港区』 のクリエイター 宮城明弘さん と、 プロデューサー 株式会社YTVメディアデザインの汐口武史さん をゲストに迎え、 “AIと人間が共に物語を作る新しい映像制作のかたち”についてトークが繰り広げられました。 100年後の東京・港区を舞台にしたSFコメディドラマ。 港区が23区を支配するというディストピア的な未来を、 独自のユーモアとビジュアルで描いた作品。 映像はすべてAIによる生成で、宮城さんが一人で制作。 総尺約50分の連続ドラマとして放送され、 日本では“AIドラマの地上波初”となる試みといわれています。 宮城さんは、友人である映画監督や俳優の「制作資金の課題」を見て、“AIで映像制作を民主化できないか” と考えたのが出発点。 目指したのは、リアルな質感と映像的説得力。 → 「リアルにどこまで近づけるか」が最大のテーマ。 生成画像の質を高めるため、プロンプトは3,000文字級という徹底ぶり。
