Kept falling asleep at like 5am but now it's actually pretty good. Now I can sleep. I dream. I used to never be able to dream before. So that's really fun. I have a lot of vivid dreams, I think. Cause I'm actually falling asleep and not just getting like halfway there. Ah."

Well, in part because of my life at this point I'm semi retired, basically retired. Of course there's always My husband works and I help him and I have three grown children and we have dogs and church. And so retirement doesn't mean you just do nothing."

And I know that is the case for a lot of us and I really struggled with this.
