I played on some different equipment this evening and had one of the follow-up talks with the rehab specialist where we see how things are compared to the initial goals and expectations. It seems I'm doing okay and I'm on track. She is encouraging me to exercise more as long as I keep my heart rate below the 125 threshhold.
