You know, my extended family was good. I had great friends. I used to go to bed at night and feel like I felt very sorry for all the people in the world who didn't know peace."

And so you see how it impacts the person dealing with it and you see how it impacts the whole family and his brother, who loves him so much and who remembers him when he was younger and everything. So that's useful. But the answer to the question changed my life for the better. I think it makes you humble because I guess that's the main way it affects

It was pretty painful and heartbreaking for some parents to realize this group home was really the best place for their adult child and they would have to hope and pray for the best because they weren't going to be around. But I saw such dedication and I still do."

It makes my life feel better. Just appreciates the fact that like everyone in the community, we're all trying to lead our lives to the best of our ability."

So I think you need to essentially find out what works for you, what makes you happy, and just do that, just do that so that, you know, it's just a bad day. It'll pass. But most of the time, the book that I'm reading is an inspirational book. I'm also seeking therapy with a therapist that I see every other week. And I also see my psychiatrist about once a month because it's like, you know, I need others that I can talk to about my problems. And I just need that one on one experience."
